• Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Guests must carry a valid New Zealand Photo ID or bring your Passport. Failure to carry valid ID may result in not getting into Bars - which is really gay for you!

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. HAPPYJ takes no responsibility for any items lost over the course of the night. - While New Zealand is one of the safest places in the world - DO NOT leave valuables or Cash unattended. If you have Cash to burn please spend on HAPPYJ Crew and buy T-Pots.

• HAPPYJ takes no responsibility for any unplanned pregnancy as a result of the HAPPYJ Pub Crawl or HAPPYJ event. Our advice - "wear a rubber" or "up the bum no babies".

• HAPPYJ must abide with the behaviour, intoxication and ID requirements of each bar we visit. If for any reason a guest is not admitted into a bar or removed from a bar, HAPPYJ takes no responsibility for that guest. 

• As a host, guest safety is essential to HAPPYJ. I confirm our crew are well trained and will use all endeavours to ensure your safety when commuting between bars. Whilst I do not foresee any problems, I advise that guests are solely responsible for their own safety throughout the course of the night.

• HAPPYJ takes no responsibility whatesover on your success or failure to spoon. While HAPPYJ will encourage that guests mingle, dance, sing, ride and have fun, guests are under no obligation to go home with you.
